Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your CalmPaws order. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used feeding products unless they are faulty.

How to start a return

Email us at storecalmpaws@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
