Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or busy periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, contact us at storecalmpaws@outlook.com and we'll investigate right away.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order doesn't arrive within 20 business days, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
